The study seeks to understand how implementing the 2030 Agenda in Brazil may contribute to securing human rights. Conclui-se que a implementação da Agenda2030 no Brasil poderá contribuir para a efetivação dos direitos humanos, sendo necessária a incorporação de seus objetivos e metas nas estratégias e nos instrumentos de planejamento e orçamento da União e dos entes subnacionais. É utilizada pesquisa exploratória de caráter bibliográfico. Propõe-se um escorço do processo de construção da Agenda2030 um resgate do processo de implementação da Agenda2030 no Brasil e uma análise dos desafios para o alcance dos ODS no Brasil. Ao final se propõe que a titularidade do patrimônio cultural da comunidade tradicional seja exercida pelos próprios sujeitos coletivos, por meio de seus representantes, segundo seus parâmetros internos de regulação e representatividade, em respeito ao pluralismo jurídico e à sustentabilidade nas mais diversas dimensões.īusca-se compreender como a implementação da Agenda2030 no Brasil poderá contribuir para a concretização dos direitos humanos. A metodologia empregada na fase de investigação fora o método indutivo, na fase de tratamento de dados o método cartesiano, e o relatório de resultados é composto na base lógica indutiva, acionando pesquisa bibliográfica. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o patrimônio cultural como um bem coletivo e que espelha a sustentabilidade do povo que o produz, propondo titularidade e representação para que seja salvaguardado e usufruído pelas próprias comunidades tradicionais. Como bem cultural, apresenta e indica a formação plural do povo brasileiro. Estes conhecimentos tradicionais constituem patrimônio cultural em que há o interesse coletivo na preservação.
